Registration and Certification

Approved CPD Hours:

All the registered participants will receive the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) approved 25 CPD hours for their professional training in this One-week SSTP-RTECT 2020 starting from July 13-19, 2020. However, assessment completion (as mentioned below) is compulsory for the award of the E-certificate. For registered participants, all the online assessments will be available until  July 22, 2020, till 23:59:59 Hours.

 

Registration:

The Registration to the One-week Short-term Staff Training Program on “Recent Trends in Energy Conversion Technologies” (SSTP-RTECT 2020) will be closed on July 13, 2020 (Monday), at 10:00 AM (Malaysian Time). The Registration link is available below. The interested participants can register online with a modest registration fee of USD14 / RM60 / INR 1050*.

Discount or waiver on registration fees: For individual registration, a 20 percent discount on registration fees will be given to the IEM (Institute of Engineers Malaysia) registered members. Curtin academics and researchers are entitled to participate with free registration.

For group registration (for 5 or more participants), a discounted registration fee of USD 8 / RM 35 / INR 600* per person needs to be paid. Group registration is applicable to all participants worldwide. The Group Registration Form for SSTP-RTECT 2020 is available here. This form needs to be uploaded during the online registration process.

Certification:

An E-certificate will be provided to the registered participants on the successful completion of the program. The Certificate will be based on the number of sessions attended by the participants through the assessments. Registration with payment and assessment completion (as mentioned below) is compulsory for the award of the E-certificate.

 

Assessment:

To keep the program integrity intact, this training program contains structured assessments on each session. Five (5) quiz questions (multiple choice type) on each online session will be available after each session and the registered participants need to complete the assessments with at least 60% score (3/5) on the respective session for successful completion of the session. All the assessment will be available online until  July 22, 2020.
